In daily life and work. Will encounter straight tube stretch bending into various shapes for use. The pipe fitting bend is bent by a set of bending dies. No matter what kind of machine equipment, most of the bending pipe is used. It is mainly used for oil, gas, liquid and so on. It occupies a very important position in the aircraft and its engine. How much do we know about the ANSI B16.9 10D Seamless Carbon Steel Pipe Fitting Bend process in such an important situation? The following is a brief introduction to the five commonly used methods of pipe fitting bend process.

1.Stamping method: expanding the pipe bend to the required size and shape with a taper core on the punch press.

  2. Bending forming method: There are three more common methods, one is called stretching method, the other is called stamping method, the third roller method, there are 3-4 rollers, two fixed rollers, one adjustment roll, adjust the fixed roll distance, the finished pipe is bending.

  3. Bulging method: one is to place rubber in the pipe, the top of the pipe with a punch compression, so that the tube bulging forming; the other is hydraulic bulging forming, filling the middle of the pipe with liquid, liquid pressure to pipe fitting bend the tube into the desired shape, bellows production is mostly using this method

  4. Forging method: The end or part of the pipe is punched and stretched by a die forging machine to reduce the outer diameter of the pipe. The commonly used die forging machines are rotary, connecting rod and roller type. 3. roller method: put the core in the tube, push the roller around the periphery for the round edge processing.

  5. rolling method: generally do not use mandrel, suitable for thick walled tube inner rim.

DIN 2632 PN 10 Weld Neck Flanges are generally used in high pressure applications, where hot or cold temperatures exist. These steel DIN 2632 weld neck flanges are circumferentially welded into the system at its neck which means that the integrity of the butt welded area can be easily examined by radiography.
