When it comes to reducer, you may not know what it is, but when it comes to head size, some people should know what it is; In fact, the reducer is a Carbon Steel Pipe Reducer, which is divided into concentric reducer and eccentric reducer; This type of fitting will be used when the fluid flow rate in the pipe changes (e.g., increases or decreases) and the flow rate requirements change little; In order to prevent cavitation and cavitation at the connector of the instrument (such as flowmeter and regulating valve), it is used in combination with the connector of the instrument.
Reducing / expanding forming is to put the tube blank with the same diameter as the large end of the reducer into the forming die, and then apply pressure to the tube blank along the axial direction for compression; Therefore, the metal moves along the mold cavity and shrinks into a certain shape; According to the size of the reducer, it can be divided into one compression molding or multiple compression molding.
Diameter expansion molding is to use the pipe blank smaller than the diameter of the big end of the reducer, and then use the internal mold to expand the diameter of the pipe blank. In diameter expansion forming, it is easy to reduce the diameter of large diameter reducer. Therefore, it is sometimes necessary to combine the expansion and reduction of diameter according to the needs of material and product molding.
In the process of reduction and expansion deformation, it is necessary to select hot pressing or cold pressing according to different materials and required reduction conditions, but generally, cold pressing is more common. Under the alloy material used, it will lead to severe work hardening, wall thickness increase or hot pressing

DIN 2632 PN 10 Weld Neck Flanges are generally used in high pressure applications, where hot or cold temperatures exist. These steel DIN 2632 weld neck flanges are circumferentially welded into the system at its neck which means that the integrity of the butt welded area can be easily examined by radiography.
